Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our services. Please carefully review our updated booking terms and conditions below: Cancellations There is no additional fee for cancellation of service outside of 24 hours before the scheduled session. For cancellations between 24 and 1 hour prior to the scheduled session an additional 5% service fee will be charged. For cancellations within 1 hour of scheduled service or for no-shows to the session meeting, a 10% service fee will be charged. Cancellation fees must be paid separately and settled before scheduling future services. Licensing, Hardware, and Additional Expenses As part of our service engagements, certain projects may require the purchase of third-party licenses, specialized hardware, or other necessary materials to ensure successful completion. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be communicated in advance whenever possible. 1. Software Licenses – If the service requires paid software, cloud subscriptions, or specific licenses (e.g., Microsoft, Adobe, HubSpot, security tools), these costs will be detailed in the service agreement and must be procured before work commences. 2. Hardware Requirements – Any necessary hardware purchases, such as servers, networking equipment, or peripherals, will either need to be provided by the customer or procured through us at an additional cost. 3. Third-Party Services – If external vendors are required for hosting, domain registration, or API integrations, these expenses will be added to the final invoice or billed directly to the customer by the provider. 4. Approval and Billing – Customers will receive a cost estimate before any purchases are made. If urgent requirements arise during the project, we will seek written approval before incurring any additional expenses. 5. Reimbursements – If any necessary costs are initially covered by our team, reimbursement will be expected within 10 days from the date of the expense report. By booking our services, you acknowledge and accept these policies.
